This audience already knows what Code 4 means. Nobody needed convincing the symbol matters. What the listing had to prove was that the decal is built well enough to earn a place on a patrol car, a locker, a duty bag. That's a materials argument, not an emotional one. The emotion was already in the room.
The Code 4 listing needed to translate an emotional tribute — "behind every badge is a person" — into a product shoppers trust enough to actually buy. The redesign paired proof of durability (waterproof, UV, fade-resistant, tested across squad cars, gear, and rough surfaces) with the emotional core of the brand (family, service, community), moving buyers from "this represents something I care about" to "this is well-made enough to put on my gear" within the first few images.

We analyzed Follicle Booster, Rogue River Tactical, Anley, Decals by Haley, and Generic the brands holding the most visible positions in this category. Their ratings range from 3.5 to 4.0 stars, which looks pretty solid at first. But once you dig into how those ratings are distributed, the picture starts to change.

A precise multi-prong tip creates natural, hair-like strokes to fill sparse patches and define your beard, moustache, cheek and neckline with easy, controlled application. Sweat- and smudge-resistant yet washes cleanly with soap and water, with a blending brush for a seamless finish.
Beard Butler came to us pre-launch. There was no existing Amazon listing to audit, no sales history to read, no search-term report to mine. The product was ready;

OMA Nourishing Seaweed Soup brings the taste of a traditional Korean grandmother's kitchen into a convenient, on-the-go sachet. Made with real seaweed and 100% vegan ingredients, this high-fiber soup is gentle on digestion and rich in flavor — nothing like a thin, watery instant mix. Simply add hot water and stir for a warm, nourishing bowl in under 2 minutes, whether you're on a flight, at your desk, or around a campfire. Loved by thousands for its authentic taste and comforting simplicity, OMA turns any moment into a moment of homemade comfort.
OMA's seaweed soup needed a listing that could make an unfamiliar Korean comfort food feel instantly appealing to a broad Amazon audience. The redesign paired appetite appeal with fast functional clarity — sachet format, 2-minute prep, vegan and high-fiber claims — then closed with lifestyle and cultural-trust shots to move shoppers from curiosity to purchase.

The product was already likeable. The listing never answered the four things people actually stall on: how big the stickers really are, how many you get, where they can go, and whether they hold up outside. Those four questions run through every low review in this category. The image stack was built to answer them in order.
The goal of this project was to transform a simple 4-piece cat sticker pack into a clear, engaging, and conversion-focused Amazon listing. The existing product needed stronger communication around its different sticker designs, sizing, everyday applications, durability, and the unique “peeking cat” concept.

We pulled the four packs holding the most visible positions in this search: Winston & Bear Store, BulbaCraft, Fsforcar and Bozentim Store . Star averages run 3.5 to 4.5 which reads healthy at a glance. Read the low reviews and it's the same two complaints, four times over. It came smaller than expected. It didn't last outside.

Amazon's Listing Media Score scores video separately from images, so an empty slot costs you points before a shopper sees anything. And the brands that do have video usually have one file pushed to every placement, which means it is correctly specced for one of them and wrong for the rest.
Video lives in four places on Amazon now, and each one has its own resolution, length, aspect ratio and content rules. The efficient approach is a single master edited at 1920x1080 or higher, then exported per placement rather than reused.
Roughly two thirds of Amazon video viewers watch with the sound off, so captions and visual sequencing carry more weight than production polish. We design mute-first by default.
Amazon Graphic Design Service are a visual conversion system. Cueball’s Amazon visual designers design every visual asset to guide that journey from first click to add-to-cart.
A one-person setup delivers one file. What you need is a master and four correctly specced exports, plus captions sized for mobile, plus compliance screening before upload.
Cueball runs differently. You choose your dedicated designer from curated samples and there is a team behind them. Work runs through a structured workflow on Asana with full visibility. Turnaround is 12 to 48 hours, and you own every file including the master.
Unlike freelancers or other unlimited agencies, your designer learns your brand, understands your products, and continuously improves your visuals. The only difference between plans is how many design tasks run in parallel.

Common questions about our graphic design subscription pricing
Yes, if your brand is enrolled in Brand Registry. Video appears in the image gallery on the detailpage and is scored separately by Amazon's Listing Media Score.
Amazon recommends under 60 seconds. In practice 30 to 45 seconds is typical for a detail page, and 15 to 30 holds attention best. Lead with the product in the first two or three seconds.
MP4 is strongly preferred, MOV is accepted. Minimum 1280x720, with 1920x1080 recommended. 16:9 for detail page. Frame rate of 23.976, 24, 25, 29.97 or 30 fps.
Different cuts, not different shoots. We edit one master at 1920x1080 or higher and export per placement, because detail page, Premium A+, Storefront and Sponsored Ads each have their own spec.
It needs captions more than it needs sound. Around two thirds of Amazon video viewers watch muted, so anything essential has to be visible rather than spoken.
Pricing or promotional claims, competitor mentions, customer reviews used as content, external URLs, watermarks, fake interface elements and copyrighted music. We screen before upload.

Often yes, depending on the product. We will tell you honestly when a still-based edit will look like one, and when it needs a shoot.
Amazon discontinued Posts in June 2025 and completed the shutdown that July. If you were producing for it, that effort is better spent on listing video and Storefront content.
