What is Cueball Creatives?

Cueball Creatives is a flat-rate graphic design subscription built as a structured creative production system.

Each subscription includes a brand-aligned primary designer, unlimited design requests, unlimited revisions, and a structured workflow. The system allows marketing teams to produce ongoing creative work without hiring in-house designers or managing freelancers.

How is Cueball different from other unlimited design services?

Most unlimited design services operate like design marketplaces where designers rotate from project to project.

Cueball takes a different approach by prioritizing creative ownership and brand alignment. Instead of rotating designers, each subscription includes a primary designer aligned with your brand. This designer remains consistent over time, which helps maintain visual consistency and reduces the need to repeatedly explain your brand preferences.

Another difference is how scaling works. Most services limit production to one task at a time. Cueball allows multiple projects to move simultaneously depending on your plan, which increases overall creative output.

Who is Cueball for?

Cueball Creatives is designed for businesses that need ongoing design production rather than one-time design projects. It works especially well for startups building their marketing presence, growing brands running continuous campaigns, and agencies that need extra design capacity without expanding their internal teams.

If your team regularly produces marketing assets such as social media graphics, ads, landing pages, presentations, or video creatives, we can provide a structured way to manage that production.

Is Cueball an agency?

Cueball is not structured like a traditional agency. Instead of project-based pricing, Cueball operates as a continuous creative production system with flat monthly pricing.

What are Cueball’s working hours?

Our team is highly flexible and works closely with you to accommodate your schedule. Typically, our working hours are from 10:30 PM to 8:00 AM EST. However, we can adjust our availability to better suit your location and preferences.

How does Cueball’s pricing work?

Cueball uses simple flat-rate monthly pricing. Instead of paying for each individual design project, you pay one predictable monthly fee.

This subscription covers your designer, ongoing creative production, and revisions. The only factor that changes between plans is the number of tasks that can run simultaneously.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The monthly subscription includes all design requests, revisions, and communication within the structured workflow. Our goal is to keep pricing predictable so you can plan your creative production without worrying about additional design costs.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit or debit cards.

What does the billing cycle look like?

Cueball subscriptions run on a recurring monthly billing cycle. You are billed on the same date each month based on the day your subscription started.

Are there long-term contracts?

No. Cueball subscriptions are month-to-month, so you are not locked into a long-term contract.

Can I upgrade my plan if my design needs increase?

Yes. If your business requires producing more creatives, you can upgrade to a higher plan that allows more active projects to run at the same time. This increases your overall creative output without changing the designer quality or workflow.

Can I downgrade if I need less design work?

Yes. If your design workload decreases, you can switch to a lower capacity plan during the next billing cycle.

Do you offer discounts for longer subscriptions?

Yes. If you choose longer subscription commitments, such as quarterly or annual billing, you receive discounted pricing.

Can I receive a refund for unused months or erroneous billing?

Unfortunately, we do not provide refunds for periods of inactivity or billing errors. Once requests are submitted, our subscription model does not allow for refunds.

How can I cancel my subscription?

Canceling your subscription is easy; simply send an email to us before your next billing cycle. We value your feedback and would appreciate knowing how we can better serve you as a long-term client.

How does the free trial work?

The trial allows you to experience our workflow and quality before committing to a full subscription. During the trial, you can submit real design requests and review the design quality, communication process, and turnaround times.

Will I be charged during the trial?

Not at all! You are charged only after the trial period ends, when you opt for one of our subscription plans.

What happens after the trial period ends?

At the end of your trial, if you’re satisfied with our work, you can easily subscribe to one of our plans. If you decide it’s not for you, feel free to cancel.

Can I use the designs created during the trial for my business?

Your trial designs come with a watermark and are for preview only. Once you subscribe to one of our plans, you’ll get the final, watermark-free versions that you can freely use for your business.

Which susbcription plan works best for me?

It depends on your design workload and how many tasks you want running at the same time. Our plans are based on production capacity, the number of design tasks your designer works on in parallel.

  • Starter: 1 active task at a time. Best for startups or small businesses with occasional design needs.
  • Growth: 3 active tasks at a time. Ideal for marketing teams that need consistent creative support.
  • Scale: 5 active tasks at a time. Designed for agencies or high-volume needs, managing multiple projects.
Do I get to choose my designer?

Yes. Cueball shares curated designer samples so you can choose the designer whose style aligns best with your brand. Once selected, that designer becomes your primary creative owner and works with you consistently.

Will my designer change over time?

No. Your subscription includes a primary designer aligned to your brand, and that designer remains consistent. This helps maintain visual continuity and improves collaboration over time.

What happens after the trial period ends?

At the end of your trial, if you’re satisfied with our work, you can easily subscribe to one of our plans. If you decide it’s not for you, feel free to cancel.

How does the production workflow work?

Once your designer is selected, you can submit unlimited design requests through the workflow system. Tasks move forward according to your plan’s production capacity. If your plan allows multiple active tasks, several requests can be worked on simultaneously. As soon as one project is completed or paused, the next request in the queue begins.

What is production capacity?

Production capacity refers to how many design tasks run in parallel at the same time. Your plan determines how many tasks your designer can execute simultaneously, keeping output predictable without compromising quality. For example:

  • Starter: 1 active task
  • Growth: 3 active tasks
  • Scale: 5 active tasks
What exactly qualifies as a “task”?

A task is any separate design request you submit. For example:

  • A logo
  • One Instagram post
  • A flyer, banner, or brochure
  • A video edit or motion graphics piece

Each task moves through your designer’s structured workflow. Multiple tasks can run in parallel depending on your plan’s production capacity.

Can my designer work on all tasks simultaneously?

Yes, your dedicated designer manages multiple tasks in parallel, based on your plan. To ensure quality and speed, your designer is supported by a small creative team when required. This means your projects move efficiently without sacrificing consistency, brand alignment, or attention to detail.

How are updates and feedback handled?

Your designer shares progress updates as the project moves forward. You can review the designs, leave feedback, and request revisions if needed. Revisions continue until the design aligns with your expectations.

Do I need to schedule meetings to start tasks?

No. Most tasks can be initiated simply by submitting a request through the workflow system. Meetings are only needed when additional discussion or clarification would help the project move faster.

How do I submit a design request?

Design requests are submitted through Asana, where your team and the Cueball designer collaborate. You simply create a task with the project details, add any assets or references, and the request enters the production workflow.

What details do you need for my design request?

Please share as many details as possible so we can deliver your designs effectively, including brand guidelines, image descriptions, content, and any inspiration you have. This will help us ensure we’re on the same page and that you're fully satisfied.

How many requests can I submit?

You can submit unlimited requests. However, the tasks will run based on your plan’s capacity.

Who works on my design requests?

Your requests are handled by your brand-aligned primary designer, supported by the Cueball production workflow. This ensures consistency while allowing projects to move efficiently.

What is the turnaround time for my request?

Most standard design tasks are completed within 12-48 business hours. More complex projects may take additional time depending on the task scope and your plan’s production capacity. We’ll communicate it well in advance to avoid any inconveniences.

What if I am not satisfied with the final designs?

If the final design doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to ask for changes until you’re happy with it. In the rare case that you’re still not satisfied with the design, we’ll start our dispute resolution process to sort out the problem and ensure your satisfaction.

Can multiple people from my team submit requests?

Yes. You can assign multiple team members to collaborate and submit design requests within the workflow system.

Can I prioritize urgent requests?

Yes. If something becomes urgent, you can adjust the request priority so it moves ahead of other tasks in your queue.

Can I request designs for multiple brands?

Yes. If you’ve subscribed to our Scale Plan, you can submit requests for different brands as long as the total production workload fits within the plan’s capacity.

Do unused requests roll over?

We allow unlimited design requests. Requests themselves do not expire. However, production runs according to your plan’s active project capacity. If requests are submitted beyond that limit, they remain in the queue until an active slot becomes available.

Who owns the designs?

Once a design is completed and delivered, full ownership belongs to you / your business.

Are my files confidential?

Absolutely! We handle all client assets, brand materials, and project information with strict confidentiality.

Can Cueball sign NDAs?

Yes. Non-disclosure agreements can be signed when required.
