Onboarding and Training

As a Graphic Designer, you will receive 3 days to 1 week of onboarding to get familiar with our processes, tools, and projects. This period is designed to ensure a smooth integration into our team and help you get up to speed quickly.

Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Print Graphic Designer.

In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually engaging print materials including magazines, brochures, catalogs, flyers, marketing collateral, editorial layouts, and brand communication assets. You will collaborate with the creative team to produce clean, professional, and print-ready designs aligned with brand guidelines and publishing standards.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and Illustrator, along with a solid understanding of typography, layout design, and print production workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Design brochures, catalogs, magazines, flyers, and print marketing materials
• Create clean and visually compelling editorial and layout designs
• Develop print-ready files for publishing and production
• Ensure consistency with branding and visual communication guidelines
• Manage multiple projects while meeting deadlines and quality standards
• Collaborate with internal teams for creative execution and revisions
• Maintain high standards of typography, layout structure, and visual hierarchy

What You Bring

• Strong expertise in Adobe InDesign and Adobe Illustrator
• Good understanding of print production and publishing workflows
• Strong typography, layout, and composition skills
• Ability to create modern, clean, and professional print designs
• Excellent attention to detail and creative quality
• Good communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote work environment

Experience

• 2–4 years of experience in Print Design, Editorial Design, or Publication Design preferred

Equipment Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A fully functional computer or laptop capable of handling multiple projects with at least 8 GB RAM and a high-performance graphic card.
• The most recent versions of Adobe CC, AI, PSD, INDD, AEP, and .PRPROJ / .PREL installed.
• A web camera for meetings, training, and professional development sessions.
• Daily and unlimited access to a fast internet connection (minimum of 30 Mbps).
