What is included in your all-in-one flat monthly graphic design subscription?
Our all-in-one subscription gives you a dedicated creative team for unlimited graphic design, motion graphics, illustrations, presentations, ads, banners, thumbnails, and UX/UI designs more. You get fast turnaround times, unlimited revisions, editable source files, and support for all your brand needs—without paying per project.
How many designs can I request each month?
The number of design requests you can submit will depend on your selected plan. You can schedule an unlimited number of designs for us to take up. We follow your due dates and are committed to meeting deadlines but prioritize revisions. With our daily workflow, you can expect your Project Manager to give updates on your new requests or revisions by the next business day.
Since every design is unique based on its size and complexity, it’s difficult to give exact numbers. However, here’s a general estimate of what your design team can typically deliver each day:
- 2-4 social media graphics
- Or 1-2 custom illustrations
- Or 2-3 display ads
- Or 4-5 pages of a brochure, e-book, report, or slide deck
- Or 1 GIF draft (2-3 sec)
- Or 1-2 flyers
- Or 1 logo draft
How long does it take to receive the final designs?
We aim to complete all design requests within a 12 to 48-hour window. However, complex tasks may require longer. Before work begins, we’ll share the anticipated timeline for each task to maintain transparency and set clear expectations
Do I own the rights to the designs created for me by Cueball Creatives?
Yes, you own all rights to the final designs created for you by Cueball Creatives. Once the designs are approved and delivered, they become your exclusive property.
What if I am not satisfied with the final designs?
If the final design doesn’t meet your expectations, feel free to ask for changes until you’re happy with it. In the rare case that you’re still not satisfied with the design, we’ll start our dispute resolution process to sort out the problem and ensure your satisfaction
How does your 7-day trial work and what do I get from it?
It’s wonderful to connect with you. We don’t offer direct sign-ups — instead, we begin with a friendly discovery call to understand your design needs, brand style, workflow, volume, and expectations. If we mutually feel aligned, we’ll activate your 7-day trial so you can experience our process before committing.
During the trial, you’ll receive 2 custom graphic designs (digital or print — up to 5 pages combined), 1 short motion video (20–30 seconds), and unlimited revisions within the trial period. All trial deliveries are shared with watermarks, and the final files will be delivered once you subscribe.
The trial helps you experience our communication, creativity, delivery speed, and overall workflow — ensuring we’re the right creative partner for you. To maintain quality and fairness, branding concepts (logo/mascot/character), complex illustrations, multi-concept explorations, resizing, and large campaign assets are not included within the trial.
To get started, simply schedule a discovery call, share your requirements, and once we confirm the fit, you can begin your trial and submit your requests immediately.
How do your graphic design prices work?
Our pricing is simple and transparent. Each plan has a fixed monthly or quarterly rate based on your daily task limit and output speed. No hiring costs, no software fees, and no unexpected billing—just one predictable all-inclusive subscription.
Which graphic design subscription plan should I choose?
Choose based on your daily workload:
Starter: Best for small businesses needing up to 2 tasks/day (UI/UX not included).
Pro: Ideal for agencies or growing brands needing 3 tasks/day with UI/UX included.
Plus: Great for high-volume design teams, offering 5 tasks/day with faster delivery and advanced workflows.
What happens after the trial period ends?
At the end of your trial, if you’re happy with our service, you can easily subscribe to one of our plans. If you decide it’s not for you, feel free to cancel with no strings attached.
Can I change or pause my subscription anytime?
Yes, our plans are completely flexible. You can upgrade, downgrade, or pause your plan whenever you want. There are no long-term contracts or penalties.
Do you make explainer videos?
No. Explainer videos with storyboarding, character animation, or voiceover are not included in our plans.
How many videos can I get in a month?
You can expect approximately 7 to 8 videos on the starter and pro plan. Plus plans allow more parallel tasks, which increases monthly capacity.
Do you provide editable project files?
Yes. On request, we share source files like .AE (After Effects), .PRPROJ (Premiere Pro), along with final exports (MP4, MOV).
Can you add captions or subtitles to videos?
Yes, we can add basic captions if you provide the text. For subtitles that need translations, precise timing, or special formatting, we’ll need you to share a transcript or an .srt subtitle file so we can sync them accurately with the video.
Can you repurpose one video into multiple formats (e.g., reels, stories, landscape)?
Yes, we can adapt a completed video into different aspect ratios (square, vertical, widescreen) if requested.
What UI/UX work do you provide?
We design app and website screens, landing pages, prototypes, and flow-based designs. To get started, clients need to share their content and wireframes for the app or website, which we then bring to life with clean, user-friendly UI.
How long does it take to complete a UI/UX task?
Each UI/UX design task usually takes 2–4 business days, depending on complexity.
Do you share working files?
Yes. Deliverables include .Figma, .XD, and .Sketch files on request, along with preview exports (PNG, PDF).
Do you provide interactive prototypes?
Yes. We can create clickable prototypes (in Figma/XD) so you can see how screens connect before development.
Can you hand off designs for developers?
Yes, we provide developer-ready files (organized layers, annotations, style guides, and assets).
Do you also do UX research or user testing?
No, our service is focused on UI/UX design delivery. We don’t conduct user research, focus groups, or A/B testing.
